Mon-Arc of Monroe is pleased to announce Terey DeLisle as its new Executive Director, effective October 6, 2025. With more than 30 years of experience in disability advocacy and leadership, Terey is dedicated to fostering inclusion, empowerment, and community engagement.
We’re also happy to share that Michelle Parrish, former Executive Director, will continue serving Mon-Arc as Senior Advocacy Specialist, focusing on educational advocacy in Monroe County.
