This year’s PCP Webinar will focus on Person-Centered Planning and understanding the service array(s) available under Michigan’s Waiver Programs. The series of webinars will focus on services under specific Waiver Programs (HSW, CWP, SEDW, iSPA), how to access and how to use Person-Centered Planning and services available to support people to build lives in their communities.
